1. How many years have you been in business?
*  We have been operating since 2018.

2.​​ What licenses and insurance do you have?
* We have liability insurance at Scottsdale Insurance Company C/) Tapco Underwriters Inc. 

 

3. Do you have any awards, special credentials, associations, or partnerships I should know
   about?
* I am certified in CDA, CPR, and First Aid. I hold a bachelor's degree in Early Childhood          

   Education and an associate's degree in History of Art. I am currently pursuing my second
   bachelor's degree. I'm also a member of INA.


4. How much experience do you have with placement needs (live-inlive-out, permanent, part-
    time
, nanny share, etc.)?
*  We do not offer live-in caregivers at the moment. However, we provide live-out, part-time,
    full-time, overnight, tutorial, pick-up and drop-off from school, vacation babysitting, and
    short notice requests. I have six years of experience in matching caregivers with families.


5. Do you have any families I can talk to as references?

6. Explain how you source and screen your nannies. Do you meet them in person?
*  We always meet the new candidates either on FaceTime or in person. Before running a

    background check, we discuss the importance of honesty with them. We also contact at least

    two of the previous families they have worked for. Additionally, we track their location

    when they are on shift.

7. Do they undergo special training or certifications (like CPR or first aid)?

*  We request a CPR or First Aid certificate from all our nannies. Regular training sessions

    are provided to them as well.

 

8.  What kind of vetting process do you put your nannies through?

*   We are conducting a thorough background check by checking their social media, contacting

     their previous employers, and obtaining detailed information about their lifestyle, skills,

     education, and reactions to various situations through a comprehensive application process.

9.  What kinds of background checks do you do, and who does them for you?

*   We conduct background checks using DirectScreen, a reputable company.

​

10. How many reference and job history checks do you do per person?

*   We do two to three.

​

11. How many candidates do you typically present to clients?

*   We usually prepare two or three candidates, but we're always ready to prepare more upon

     a family's request.

12. Will you help me through the scheduling and interviewing process?

*    Yes, that's our job. We will take care of scheduling and conducting interviews.

13. Do you help with job offers and employment agreements?

*    Sure, we will guide you through the steps.

​

14. How do charge for your service?

*    Rates can vary depending on the experience of the caregiver. We are open to        

      negotiating rates to fit your budget.

15. What specific services do you provide for that fee?

* Taking care of newborns by changing diapers and giving them bottles 

* Bathing the children - Helping children with dressing 

* Helping with brushing and flossing teeth 

* Teaching kids how to read and write 

* Teaching children new skills like tying shoelaces or riding a bike 

* Helping toddlers learn language

* Potty training toddlers 

* Playing games with children

* Teaching manners

* Doing arts and crafts or helping children discover fun new hobbies 

* Taking children to school and other activities, such as sports or extracurriculars.

* Assisting children with their homework.

* Taking care of children when sick, including administering medicine. 

* Arranging playdates for children.

* Disposing of dirty diapers or diaper pails. 

* Cleaning baby bottles. 

* Removing trash from the child's room. 

* Making the child's bed. 

* Cleaning and organizing the child's room.

* Tasks include organizing and cleaning the child’s room and closet, cleaning and disinfecting toys,    

   and doing kids' laundry.

* Wash dishes and clean the kitchen after kids' meals.

* Picking up toys, books, and clothes from around the house. 

* Cleaning up the bathroom after the children. 

* Caring for the child’s pet, including feeding and cleaning up afterward. 

* Cleaning up messes made after arts and crafts activities. 

* Preparing and cooking meals for the children and cleaning after their meals.

* Packing school lunches or snacks to eat during activities, trips, or outings. 

* Packing for the children when they go on trips.

* As the children get older, make sure they complete their chores. 

* Preparing meals and snacks for the child’s friends when they visit. 

* Cleaning up after the child’s friends when they visit.

16. Are there elements of the placement/employment process you need help with?

* The families make the final decision.

17. Do you guarantee the placement? If so, for how long?

*   Yes, we do. Usually, it takes a week or two at the most for a long-term caregiver.

18. What kind of post-placement support do you provide, and for how long?

*    We provide full support throughout your use of our services.

 

19. If my situation changes (new baby, new pet, oldest child goes to school, etc.),

       will you help me adjust my schedule/duties/compensation?

*     Yes.

20. Who will I work with, and how will we handle most communication?
