Our agency does not set hourly rates. Each caregiver independently determines their compensation based on:

  • Certifications

  • Specialized skills

  • Languages and training

Eligibility Requirements

All applicants must meet the following standards:

  • Minimum 21 years of age

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Minimum 5 years childcare experience

  • Clean criminal background

  • Clean driving record (if applicable)

  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
