Our Professional Standards

• High School Diploma or GED minimum
• Minimum 5+ years of paid professional childcare experience
• Professional childcare experience outside of personal parenting or family care
• Clean national background record
• Clean driving record
• Reliable transportation
• Professional childcare references
• Professional communication and presentation
• Commitment to continued professional growth and excellence in childcare

Compensation
Compensation is determined independently by each caregiver and reflects their experience, education, certifications, specialized training, and professional expertise.
Factors that may influence compensation include:
• Years of professional childcare experience
• Education and academic achievements
• CPR & First Aid Certification
• Montessori certification or teaching experience
• Newborn Care Specialist (NCS) certification
• Doula or postpartum care training
• CDA and Early Childhood Education credentials
• Special needs experience and training
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities
• Travel nanny experience
• Household management experience
• Advanced certifications and continuing education
Our Professional Nanny Levels
Signature Nanny
Typical Compensation: $28–$35/hour
Our Signature Nannies represent the foundation of professional childcare excellence and meet all agency requirements for placement.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5+ years of paid professional childcare experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Clean background check
• Clean driving record
• Professional childcare references
• Professional childcare experience outside of personal parenting or family care
• Professional communication skills
• Reliable transportation
• CPR & First Aid Certification preferred or required
• Understanding of child safety, routines, and age-appropriate care
• Commitment to professionalism and continued growth
Premier Career Nanny
Typical Compensation: $35–$40/hour
Premier Career Nannies are experienced childcare professionals who provide elevated family support, structured care, and development-focused engagement.
Requirements:
• Meet all Signature Nanny qualifications
• 5–10+ years of professional childcare experience
• Extensive infant, toddler, and school-age childcare experience
• Active CPR & First Aid Certification
• Strong understanding of child development
• Ability to create enriching educational and age-appropriate activities
• Experience caring for multiple children
• Excellent organization and communication skills
• Multiple verified professional references
• Demonstrated professionalism and reliability
• Additional childcare training, certifications, or continuing education preferred
Distinguished Family Nanny
Typical Compensation:
$40–$50+/hour
Our highest level of childcare professional, providing premium private
family support and concierge-level care.
Requirements:
• Meet all Signature Nanny and Premier Career Nanny qualifications
• 10+ years of professional childcare experience
• Extensive newborn, infant, toddler, and school-age childcare experience
• Active CPR & First Aid Certification
• Multiple verified professional references
• Exceptional professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
• Excellent communication and professional presentation
• Clean background check and excellent driving record
Preferred Advanced Qualifications:
• Private family, VIP, luxury household, or high-profile family experience
• Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education,
Psychology, or related field
• Montessori certification or teaching experience
• Newborn Care Specialist (NCS) certification
• Doula training or postpartum care education
• CDA or advanced childcare credentials
• Advanced child development education and continuing studies
• Sleep training and developmental support expertise
• Special needs childcare training
• Experience creating educational programs and developmental activities
• House Manager experience and family support coordination
• Travel nanny experience
